Comedy Dynamics has announced they’re releasing Rick Overton’s new improv comedy special, Set List, through their hybrid distribution system composed of Comcast, Amazon Prime Video, Peacock, Spectrum, Apple TV, Dish, Google Play, DirecTV, Vimeo, YouTube and more on June 22, 2021. In Rick Overton’s Set List, Rick has to improvise an entire comedy set based on topics he’s never seen before. Rick has toured all over the world performing the Set List live format everywhere from local comedy clubs to international comedy festivals, as well as shooting a spot with Robin Williams for a UK television series version.  For the first time ever, Rick’s acclaimed work is being released digitally as a one-hour comedy special on streaming and cable platforms worldwide. As a 40-year comedy veteran, Rick Overton has starred in numerous HBO and Showtime specials, and has had countless stand-up appearances on TV. He played The Drake on Seinfeld, and Pam’s Dad on The Office. He has had recurring roles on Showtime’s I’m Dying Up Here, Adult Swim’s Children Hospital, ABC’s Last Man Standing, TNT’s Leverage.  Recent guest roles include A.P. Bio, Speechless, Mom, Grimm, NCIS, Drunk History, Veep, and The Middle, but he has also guested on classic TV series like Lost, E.R., Mad About You and Married with Children.   On the big screen, Rick has worked with A-list directors like Ron Howard, Chris Columbus, Harold Ramis, Jay Roach, and Steven Soderberg. He also has an Emmy award for writing on HBO’s Dennis Miller Live.
