Comedy Dynamics announced that they’ve acquired the feature film, 2 In The Bush: A Love Story, and will release it through the Comedy Dynamics network via Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Google Play, Comcast, Dish and more in Fall 2019.

After losing her job, Emily arrives home early from work to find her girlfriend in the throes of passion with someone else. In an instant, her entire life is turned upside down. Moving in with her best friend, Emily lands a new gig working for a dominatrix. When she falls for her new boss, and then her boss’s boyfriend, Emily must decide what risks are worth taking for love.

2 In The Bush: A Love Story was an official selection of the 2018 OutFest LA, as well as BFI Flare London LGBTQ+ Film Festival (2019), Portland Film Festival (2018), ClexaCon Film Festival (2019), the RomCom Film Festival (2019) and NewFests, New Yorks’s LGBTQ Film Festival (2018). The film has also been awarded WINNER of Best Domestic Feature in the Outflix Film Festival (2018), WINNER of Best Full-Length Narrative in The Women’s Film Festival in Philadelphia (2019), WINNER of the Audience Award at ClexaCon In Las Vegas (2019), WINNER of the award for Best Narrative Feature at ConeKink Film Festival in New York City, WINNER of Best Romantic Comedy Feature at North Carolina Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (2019) and WINNER for First Time Director at qFLIX in Philadelphia (2019).

The acquisition deal for 2 In The Bush was negotiated upon by Anna Roberts of Comedy Dynamics and filmmaker Laura Madalinski.
